I’m a Senior Instructional Designer and Creative Learning Strategist with experience in healthcare, corporate learning, HR, communications, legal operations, and creative media. I bring a unique blend of creativity and structure to every project. I design eLearning experiences that make complex topics simple, engaging, and easy to apply. By partnering with clinical and business experts, I create learning solutions that address real-world challenges and empower learners to grow with confidence while driving real-world performance. .

At the heart of my life and work, I’m a storyteller - wired to look beneath the surface to find meaning, connect patterns, and bring ideas to life.

Originally from Long Beach, California, I moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2013 to be part of a creative community-driven culture and follow my dream of living near the country. I’m a creative at heart, with a deep interest in mental health, personal development, and a knack for helping people connect. I use design and learning strategy to bring stories to life that inspire and impact others.

When not designing, you’ll find me exploring local coffee shops, road-tripping, journaling, writing poetry and songs, practicing guitar, or capturing moments through photography. My favorite way to recharge is journaling, listening to someone’s story, walking in nature, or soaking up sunshine by the ocean.
