Who is Merci Miley?

I am an Instructional Designer II with a background in various Communications, Human Resources and Legal roles. I craft e-learning experience that simplify complex topics to make them easier to grasp. I collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and design online curricula and training materials on various topics from start-to-finish to help solve real-world problems. My wide-ranged background enables me to put myself in the shoes of any learner to enhance their overall experience.

I’m from Long Beach, California and moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2013 to be around the creative community and follow my dream of living near the country. I am a creative at heart, a people-connector and born researcher who loves to advocate for a good cause. I'm passionate about mental health and creating visual / written stories that impact and inspire others.

In my free time, I enjoy road trips, volunteering, exploring nature, country music, learning about mental and physical health, songwriting, journaling and photography.
