Reduce Anxiety through Grounding

I designed this mini-module concept project to provide a 5-minute grounding exercise to the general public to reduce anxiety.

Audience: People who need a few moments to escape anxiety and find calm.

Responsibilities: Image search, graphic design, script writing.
